FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: Do you supply insurance?
No, our bookings are not covered by insurance, so we strongly reccommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance even if you are in the UK. Many banks and the Post Office offer this insurance,

Question: What if we have to cancel?
Once a booking is confirmed you are responsible for the balance payment. If you have to cancel for any reason please let us know so we can discuss your options. It may be possible to transfer the booking to other dates, for example. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover possible cancellation.

Question: What's Included?
Each home has private off road car parking (except Millgate Cottage & Min Y Don), a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher (except Marina Cottage), washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, Freeview TV, DVD. Beds will be made up with fresh linen for the number of people on the booking form. WIFI in NO14, Yr Angorfa, Min Y Don, Deganwy Bungalow, Golf Cottage, Tardys.

Question: Are short breaks available?
Short Breaks are available at short notice and from October to Easter (except over Bank Holidays and during school holidays).  Please contact us for prices: email: enquiries@northwalesholidaylets.co.uk

Question: Can we bring an extra person?
The details of each property show how many people can sleep there. Unfortunately it is not possible to book for more than this number as the house insurance would be affected. You may, of course, invite friends to join you during the day.

Question: Will there be parking?
All rentals have private off-road parking directly outside (except Millgate Cottage & Min Y Don).

Question: When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?
You can arrive at your holiday home any time after 16.00hrs (4.00pm). On departure day you must leave by 10.00hrs (10.00am).  These times are important so we have sufficient time between bookings to change beds and prepare for the next guests.

Question: What if we want to stay longer?
If your chosen property is not booked for the week following your booking you can usually extend your booking by as many days as you wish. During the summer we would not be able to add days until the last minute, as we do try to fill full weeks when ever we can. In the winter we may be able to be more flexible.

Question: What is the booking fee?
There is no booking fee if booked directly via this website.

Question: What do we need to bring?
Linen is supplied.  A starter pack of cleaning materials are supplied of dishwash tablets, multi-purpose cleaner, dishcloths, tea towels, bin liners, toilet rolls, hand wash.
